Oath of Ages
Bael, Gurias, Zigfried, Light, Mielka, Gnosis-On, and Glandrin have entered into an ancient runic pact to destroy the Chained God. By calling upon that Oath, they can draw upon each other’s power.
Encounter – Special
You may use the power of an ally (who must be a member of the Oath and be able to hear and see you) as if it were your own, with that ally’s permission. You use that ally’s bonuses, modifiers, etc. as if that ally was using the power, not counting any temporary bonuses or penalties. You and that ally spend a healing surge, and that power is expended (if applicable.)

Additionally, one other ally may spend an additional action point in this encounter.

Gurias’s Grand Total
Daily Attack Spell – Level NA
Gurias developed his own version of Grand Total. Not quite as powerful, though easier to control.
Range: Area Burst 1d4 within 10
Standard Action
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will
Hit: (d6(d6(d6))) psychic, lightning, and thunder damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Special: On a critical hit, this power deals damage as normal instead of maximum. However, critical bonus damage still applies.

Raiden’s Lightning Speed
Daily Utility Spell – Level NA
Raiden is fast as lightning, although a little bit frightening, he fights with expert timing.
Minor Action
Effect: Raiden gains an extra minor action each turn for the rest of the encounter. If “Promise of Storm” is already expended, it recharges.

Zigfried’s Mind Blast
Daily Attack Discipline – Level NA
This doesn’t resemble a Mind Flayer’s Mind Blast at all. Why would you say such a thing?
Range: Close Blast 5, targets each enemy in blast.
Standard Action
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will
Hit: 5d8+Intelligence modifier psychic damage, and the target is dazed (save ends.)
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: Zigfried rolls a saving throw. On a failure, consult the DM.

Light’s Demise of the Raven Queen
Daily Utility Prayer – Level NA
The Will of the Raven Queen and Light are one.
Range: Close Burst 10, one target in burst.
Minor Action
Effect: The target is subject to Light’s curse, and until the target dies, Light can roll an extra d20 on attacks against the target and pick the highest.

Mielka’s Escape Disk of Moradin
Encounter Utility Prayer – Level NA
Moradin has infused Mielka’s Floating Disk with extra power.
Range: Personal
Free (Special)
Effect: Mielka can fly 8 squares. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks. Any enemy Mielka moves by during this movement takes 3d8 radiant damage.
Special: This power may be used as an Immediate Interrupt, with the Trigger: Mielka is subjected to Forced Movement. The Forced Movement is canceled, and the effect then goes off.

Bael’s Freedom of a Thousand Lifetimes
Daily Utility Prayer – Level NA
A previous life of Bael’s trades its freedom for Bael’s current life… permanently.
Range: Personal
No Action
Effect: Any dazed, stunned, dominated, immobilized, or slowed conditions immediately end on Bael. Bael can score a critical hit on all radiant powers on an 18-20 for the rest of the encounter.

Zimon’s Bum Rush
Daily Utility Technique – Level NA – Stance
Zimon attacks an enemy for an extremely heavy non-elemental damage attack that pierces through all defenses.
Range: Personal
Minor Action
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, Zimon can use Flurry of Blows as a Minor Action an unlimited number of times in a round.

Gnosis-On’s Utterance of The Word
Daily Attack Prayer – Level NA
Gnosis-On can only remember fragments of The Word, but even a single syllable is enough to cause devestation.
Range: Close Burst 10, Targets Each Enemy in Burst
Standard Action
Attack: Wisdom vs. Fort
Hit: 4d10 + Wisdom psychic and thunder damage. The target is pushed 4 squares, deafened and immobilized (save ends both.)
Miss: Half damage, and the target is pushed 1 square.

Glandrin’s Sun Blade
Daily Attack Exploit – Level NA
A beam of brilliant sunlight shoots from Glandrin’s blade, locking onto the chest of his chosen foe, drawing her ever nearer even as it sears her flesh.
Range: Melee or Ranged 10
Standard Action
Attack: Strength vs. Ref
Hit: 3[W] + Strength radiant and force damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: The target is marked for the rest of the encounter (no other mark can override it.) For the rest of the encounter, the target must move towards Glandrin on its turn, or it takes 2 x Str radiant and force damage. If the target moves away from Glandrin for any reason (including teleportation), the target takes an additional 2 x Str radiant and force damage and is blinded until the end of its next turn. Any evil fey that suffers damage as a result of this power is weakened (save ends.)
